Neuromade is an online marketplace where independent creators (“Sellers”) sell their products directly to customers (“Buyers”). This Shipping Policy explains how shipping, processing times, and delivery are generally handled on the Platform.
Nothing in this Policy is legal advice. Neuromade recommends that Sellers follow all applicable shipping and packaging laws and that Buyers review this Policy together with the Seller’s own shop policies before ordering.
1. How shipping works on Neuromade

Each order you place on Neuromade is fulfilled by the individual Seller, not by Neuromade.

Sellers are responsible for packaging, labelling, and shipping your order using the methods they offer in their listings.

Shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed (or linked) at checkout or on the product page.
If you have questions about a specific order, please contact the Neuromade officials first using the messaging options on the Platform.
2. Processing times

“Processing time” is the time it takes a Seller to prepare your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Processing times can vary depending on the product (for example, made‑to‑order items, custom work, or baked goods).

Each Seller is responsible for clearly stating their processing times in their listings or shop policies.
If a Seller expects a delay (for example, due to illness, supply issues, or holidays), Neuromade officials should update their processing time and/or contact you directly when possible.
3. Shipping methods and carriers

Sellers may use different shipping carriers and methods (for example, Canada Post, courier services, local delivery, or pickup where offered).

The available shipping methods and prices are determined by each Seller and may depend on your location and the type of product.

Some Sellers may offer tracking numbers; others may use untracked letter mail for smaller or low‑cost items.
Please check the shipping details in the listing or at checkout before you confirm your order.
4. Shipping destinations

Many Sellers ship within Canada; some may also ship internationally. Availability will depend on each Seller’s preferences and local regulations (especially for food or regulated items).

If a Seller does not ship to your location, you will not be able to select that shipping option at checkout.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees for international orders are the Buyer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are set by each Seller and are usually calculated based on destination, package size/weight, and shipping method.

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
In some cases, Sellers may offer free or flat‑rate shipping, or combine shipping for multiple items. Any such offers will be described in the listing or shop policies.
6. Local delivery or pickup (if offered)

Some Sellers may offer local delivery or pickup in specified areas. This will be clearly mentioned in the listing if available.

If you choose local delivery or pickup, you are responsible for following the Seller’s instructions (for example, pickup time, location, and any safety requirements).
Neuromade does not manage or supervise local delivery or pickup arrangements between Sellers and Buyers.
7. Order tracking and delivery times

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, or other factors outside of the Seller’s and Neuromade’s control.

If your order includes tracking, the tracking details will usually be provided once the Seller ships your order.

If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please first check any tracking information provided and then contact the Seller.
Neuromade cannot speed up shipping or guarantee delivery dates, but may assist with general guidance if contacted.
8. Lost, damaged, or stolen packages
Because each Seller is responsible for shipping:

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or appears to be lost, contact the Neuromade officials as soon as possible with your order number and any photos or documentation you have.

The Neuromade officials will review the issue and may offer a solution in line with their shop policies and applicable law (for example, replacement, partial refund, or claim with the carrier).

If a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, please check with neighbours, your building manager, or local postal office first, then contact the Neuromade officials.
Neuromade is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or stolen in transit. Any resolution will depend on the Seller’s policies and the carrier’s terms.
9. Incorrect address or failed delivery

Buyers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to the Seller due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected from the carrier in time, additional shipping fees may apply for resending the item.

Whether a Seller will resend or refund in this situation depends on the Seller’s policies and applicable law.
Please double‑check your address before confirming any order.
10. Shipping for perishable and special items
For items such as baked goods, food products, or other time‑sensitive or temperature‑sensitive items:

Sellers should clearly describe how items are packed, how long they are expected to stay fresh, and any special handling instructions.

Buyers are responsible for making sure they can receive and store these items safely at the delivery address and time (for example, refrigeration).

Neuromade does not control how food or perishable items are prepared, stored, or shipped and cannot guarantee freshness, safety, or suitability for your dietary needs or allergies.
If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, or other health concerns, contact the Seller for more information before ordering.
11. Changes to this Shipping Policy

Neuromade may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, legal requirements, or business practices.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top will be revised.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are posted means you accept the updated Shipping Policy.
