Neuromade (“Neuromade”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates an online marketplace where independent creators sell their products to customers. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information of visitors, buyers, and sellers (“you”).

  • Brief disclosure of the seller, and informations that pertains directly/indirectly to  selling products

  • Messages and communications you send through the Platform.

  • Feedback, reviews, survey responses, or other information you choose to provide.

1.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Platform, we may automatically collect:

  • Usage information (such as pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring URLs).

1.3 Information from third parties

  • Social media or other services if you choose to connect or log in through them (subject to their own privacy policies). We are not liable or responsible for any loss, damagel or harm,  that may occur once you leave our website or are directed to a third-party site.

  • Process orders and payments, and facilitate shipping and delivery between Buyers and Sellers.

  • Monitor and improve the Platform, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, and security.

  • Prevent, detect, and address fraud, abuse, or other harmful activity.

We only use personal information for the purposes described in this Policy or as otherwise disclosed to you at the time of collection, where permitted by law.

  • Legal and regulatory authorities: When required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

  • Business transfers: If Neuromade is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to:

Neuromade is not intended for children under the age of 19, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 19.
